QUALITY sleep matters!

ree

I’ll be honest. I’m TIRED.

When I went into sleep coaching, someone told me, “You got yourself in trouble. You can never say you are tired anymore! As a sleep coach, you need to always be well rested, bright eyed, and alert.”

I responded, “Nope. I can be as tired as I want- but I’ll always know WHY.” There you have it. I am a sleep coach and I am tired! I reserved my license to say it and I will use that licence! Don’t be thrown off that a sleep coach is telling you she’s tired. I know exactly why and I have many good reasons. Like, life and bH a full busy day.

However. As a sleep coach I will tell you that getting quality sleep MATTERS. Quality sleep is the difference between a good day and a really hard day tomorrow. The confidence in my ability to get quality sleep tonight, BH, is the difference between me just relaxing into my tiredness (and ignoring my laundry) and it causing me to PANIC because if I wouldn’t sleep, then I’d have no reprieve and ability to function tomorrow.

For some people, sleep is a total non issue. Night, sleep, wake up, done. However, for many of us, it’s unfortunately complicated. Not falling asleep, waking up at night, waking up way too early. It gets tiring in many more ways than just physical fatigue to worry about not sleeping every single night!

As a sleep coach, I can also tell you that there is real help out there. There are men and women out there with severe insomnia - I’m talking less than 5 hours a night for over 10 years STRAIGHT - who can find real relief and get quality sleep.

Here are what some of my clients are saying:

“I have had problems sleeping for most of my adult life and Esti has helped me so much. She asked me a lot of questions to help pinpoint what my sleep issues are and based on that, she gave me concrete suggestions on how to overcome them.  She really listens to her clients and is very encouraging at every step of the way.  BH I am sleeping much better.  I would highly recommend her to anyone who has sleep issues.”

“When you have problems sleeping for most of your life, you just don’t think it will get better. But I’m actually sleeping consistently better now. I have no words.”

“If you would have given me just one tip that would help me some of the time, it would have been worth it. But this is totally different. I am sleeping so well now and I feel like a different person.”

Quality sleep is attainable!
